How to Prioritize Web Needs

Healthcare is consistently lagging in digital advancements and our customers consistently expect better. The survey data can be cross tabulated and broken down to teach you more about your users and their opinions of your site.

In the graph, gSight has broken down the data to show who of those that ranked functions of the site as ‘Major Improvement Needed’ is a
first-time Web visitor and who is a returning Web visitor.  It is also possible to cross tabulate employee opinions vs. non-employee opinions, men vs. women, millennials vs baby boomers, those with a chronic condition vs those without, etc.

In this particular graph gSight is able to show the Web team that all Web visitors believe that the health system needs to improve the usefulness of the search function. Additionally, it shows that this feature is far more important to first time visitors.

This graph is just a single sample of the prioritization that gSight provides to guide our client’s digital strategy.
