Call for Speakers is closed but will reopen at the end of December

Our agenda will feature healthcare digital marketing and senior digital health leaders from both public and private sectors, offering multiple session formats including panel discussions, presentations, case studies, and more.

HCIC attendees would love to learn from you. Over the years, we have found that the best educational experiences come from a robust sharing of each other’s experiences, debating ideas and sharing solutions.

 

Receiving a Response

We receive hundreds of speaker submissions and our team takes time to review each and every submission. We aim to respond to all submissions within 8 to 10 weeks after the application closes, however, we appreciate your patience if it takes longer. We will respond to everyone.

 

Cancellation of Confirmed Speakers

We take confirmations seriously. If a confirmed speaker cancels at the last minute, we unfortunately will not be able to work with that individual for future events. We do understand emergencies happen and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

Improve Your Speaking Chances

  • Include sessions with presenters from provider organizations. If your session does not include a provider, please explain your reasoning in the submission.
  • Include case studies in your proposal, as they are considered essential for selection.
  • Focus on timely subjects, advanced applications, and emerging technologies in a "how-to" approach.
  • Ensure that your presentation is purely educational and avoids promoting products or services.
  • Preferably, document metrics and share outcomes in your session.
